By accessing and using the Gap Rentals platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Gap Rentals operates as a marketplace connecting vehicle rental suppliers with customers. We facilitate bookings between suppliers and renters but are not the direct provider of rental vehicles. Each supplier operates under their own terms and conditions.
All bookings made through Gap Rentals are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. A deposit is collected at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Please review the supplier's specific terms before making a booking. Gap Rentals will process refunds in accordance with the applicable supplier's cancellation policy.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking, including a valid driver's license and meeting the minimum age requirements set by the supplier. You agree to use rental vehicles in accordance with the supplier's rental agreement.
Gap Rentals acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the condition of vehicles, actions of suppliers, or any incidents that occur during the rental period. Our liability is limited to the platform services we provide.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
